The Michelangelo Code is Dzseff’s theory regarding the nature and origin of the clergy of the Roman Catholic Church. The blog format is chosen because of the evolving nature of the concept, and as a means to respond to the frequent and rapid new revelations. Dzseff is a graduate student of history living in Budapest, his email is dzseff AT michelangelocode DOT org
It’s a slanderous campaign like yours that steals and abuses the name of the greatest sculptor, that places more emphasis on Michelangelo’s sexuality than his contribution to the world of art.
I always find it fascinating that people dwell on this. Is it so entirely unfeasible that Michelangelo obtained the ability to see the beauty of the male nude and not be a homosexual?
In addition, Michelangelo was a devout Catholic. His beliefs were concrete and great. Often times this is misconstrued by the homosexual populace, who place him on this podium of homosexual heroes. It’s dishonorable and a smack to the Catholic religion.
My dispensation from celibacy came through the other day, after less than five years I just couldn’t handle it any longer. The priesthood remains a very gay profession and I, though still a loyal Catholic, want no part of it. There is, of course more to my case than disgust but I have to warn anyone who is following the issue, gay bishops, and even pontiffs are not a thing of the past. What worries me is that the gay clergy that I know hated the clearly masculine John Paul II but greet the present Holy Father as one of their own.
To the people making comments:
Many of you are not listening to the video carefully. Many, if not most, of his comments are historical fact. We cannot separate sexuality from civilization: art, religion, etc. In the west, the modern west, sex is totally understood in the relationship with civilization. This was not the case in the ancient world. His comments about Martin Luther are a fact. I send you to a documentary made by PBS about Martin Luther. His theories are made fact in this documentary.
Superb video.
I need to correct a previous comment I should have said: “In the west, the modern west, sex is totally MISUNDERSTOOD in the relationship with civilization.
